HomesMax HomeSellers is a new way of doing real estate. HomesMax HomeSellers takes the real estate team concept and applies it to the brokerage level.  We need one more detail minded person to help us grow our company and achieve our vision. We've figured out this market and it's called REO. Real Estate Owned Listings. Bank Foreclosures. It's not the company we'll be 3 years from now but its who we need to be in this market in order to thrive.

We need an REO Property Manager.

REO stands for Real Estate Owned or more commonly "Foreclosure" properties. We are assigned listings from the banks. We need someone to manage these properties from start to finish. You will have a background in the construction and/or property management fields. Licensed General Contractors as well as Licensed Real Estate Agents are encouraged to apply. Must have a clean driving record, good mechanical skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people in a difficult situation with empathy and understanding.

Here's what the job entails.

• Performing Occupancy Checks to determine if the property is vacant or occupied.
• Talking to the occupants of the properties and explaining the process.
• Offering Cash For Keys to occupants.
• Submitting Cash For Keys contracts to the banks for approval.
• Completing Cash For Keys with the occupants to take possession of the property.
• Taking possession of vacant properties, rekeying, taking pictures, filling out paperwork.
• Ability to inspect the material condition of properties and report your findings.
• Installing and removing signs, lockboxes and marketing materials on the listings.
• Performing weekly checks on properties.
