HomesMax HomeSellers is a new way of doing real estate. HomesMax HomeSellers takes the real estate team concept and applies it to the brokerage level.  We need 2-3 detail minded people to help us grow our company and achieve our vision. We've figured out this market and its called REO. Real Estate Owned Listings. Bank Foreclosures. It's not the company we'll be 3 years from now but its who we need to be in this market in order to thrive.

We need a pre marketing real estate assistant to start. Someone to help with tasks like BPO's (Broker Price Opinions), light bookkeepping, data entry and managment. You'll shepherd our listings from acceptance to listing on the MLS. You'll work with vendors to get our listings ready for market. You'll make sure that they get paid. More importantly you'll make sure we get paid back by the banks. You'll coordinate with our outside selling agent to manage the properties. You'll juggle a million little details and with the help of our systems nothing will fall through the cracks.

We also need a real estate assistant for the back end. Someone to answer the phones and help agents who have questions about our listings and accept their offers. You won't be just a receptionist. You'll be the voice of our company. The person to make that all important first impression.You'll submit offers to the asset managers and get the escrows started. You'll work with our off site escrow coordinator to get the escrows closed. You'll manage some escrows yourself. You'll prescreen leads and send them to our buyers agents. We'll be hiring the buyers agents once you two get settled in to your new positions.
